Showcasing Humboldt in Los Angeles
Local beef producer Clint Victorine of Eel River Organic Beef is thrilled to be able showcase his company’s documentary at his Whole Foods launch in Los Angeles beginning Feb. 1. The deal is the single largest branded meat product launch for a company not carrying the Whole Foods name.
“Because of this branding project and the help of the North Coast Small Business Development Center, my company is going to go from being a $100,000 a year business to generating $5 million plus in sales this year,” Victorine said. “Hopefully this work will open the doors for many other people after us.”
