Humboldt Made Informational Meeting, March 31st
Businesses wishing to get on board with the “Made in Humboldt” brand and be included on the HumboldtMade.com website are invited to an informational meeting on Wednesday, March 31st at the Prosperity Center Conference Room - 520 E Street in Eureka. Choose from two times - 9am - 11am or 3pm - 5pm.
Businesses who participate in Humboldt Made will have access to marketing tools and resources to build Humboldt County product recognition in the marketplace. The criteria and process around brand “adoption” will be discussed at this meeting.

Film premiere draws hundreds, contest winners announced
ARCATA – Hundreds of people turned out on Feb. 13 for the Love, Humboldt and Humboldt Made short films premiere hosted by Humboldt County Economic Development Division at the Arcata Theatre Lounge.
“We were blown away by the support of the business community and the community at large for this project,” said Humboldt County Economic Development Coordinator Jacqueline Debets.

The first place winner for best overall video was submitted by Steven Vandermeer, the best on location award was given to Rowdy Kelly and best anchor video was awarded to Matt St. Charles.
