Michael Kraft

Michael Kraft has 30 years of experience, a mix of for-profit and not-for-profit work, with the last 20 years in Humboldt County. He served as Executive Director of the North Coast Small Business Development Center (the SBDC), then Special Projects & Consulting Manager for the personnel agency Cardinal Services and recently as Compliance/Government Affairs Officer for Papa & Barkley.

Michael began consulting independently in 2023 as Kraft Consultants.  His areas of expertise include performing strategic planning, cannabis compliance, economic development and handling outsourced projects.

Michael has served on multiple boards and commissions during his years in Humboldt.

While at the SBDC, Michael worked with the nascent ideas and original people that became Humboldt Made. He is pleased to return and help the organization move forward.
