Humboldt Made and the Eureka Visitor Center are set to launch the third season of the Eureka Friday Night market, this time virtually! Eurekafridaynightmarket.com will be a one-stop-shop for local products/services online and art! Are you a Humboldt based maker or artist? You're invited to submit your work!

The Virtual Eureka Friday Night Market will feature a wide range of local products from wine chocolate and cheeses to produce CSA boxes, flower bouquets, and oysters. Stocking these virtual shelves will also be artisan jewelry, local apparel, curated boxes and much more.

In addition, Eurekafridaynightmarket.com will host a go-to guide for local take out, listing menus and contact info of locally-owned restaurants to encourage shoppers to pick up take out after they pick up their package of local goodies from the Eureka Visitor Center. To top it off, we are working with local artists to host a  high-end art gallery featuring art from around the county.

This site is a celebration of all things Eureka and Humboldt, providing a one-stop shop for the community to support small businesses when they need it the most.

We would like to invite all makers, retailers, restaurants, and high-end artists to be featured on this site.

Here's how it works :

1. Submit up to 5 products/ pieces at retail price via our submission form

2. Products will be uploaded to our virtual market - www.eurekafridaynightmarket.com ( going live on 6/7)
3. Each week vendors will be emailed a sales report
4. All product sold will be dropped off at the Eureka Visitor Center ( 240 E St. in Eureka) on a set day by each vendor
5. Our staff will box up each order and distribute them every Friday
6. Payments will be processed and sent via check or direct deposit

7. Zero on-boarding fees. Processing fee of 15% per order for makers. 30% commission for art pieces over $100.

IF you are a maker - Simply submit your products.

IF you are a retailer - We will be offering curated packages put together by local retailers. For example - A retail shop that sells kitchenware would create a kitchen box. We are open to any curated package ideas.

IF you are a high-end artist - Submit your art to be featured in our virtual art gallery.

IF you are a restaurant - We are listing the restaurant name, linking a full menu, and providing a telephone number. There is no charge to be listed. Criteria - You must be locally owned and source some local ingredients/products. Contact us directly.

For any additional questions, you can contact Alanna Powell directly at alanna@humboldtmade.com or 707-499-0379.

We welcome any and all feedback as we embark on this new adventure. Cheers!
