Humboldt Distillery was founded by fifth-generation North Coast native, Abe Stevens, as a result of his affinity for Humboldt County, chemistry, and process-improvement. Humboldt Distillery is the first micro-distillery on the North Coast and the only in the region to produce certified organic spirits. Our quality, award-winning spirits include Organic Vodka, Organic Spiced Rum, and Humboldt's Finest.
